The fog is something we get a lot of here in Florence, Oregon. On September 1, 2019 I captured this image of the morning fog interlacing with the trees and the mountains. This is what is called in photography a “mood” shot where it evokes a sense of mood, of awe and wonder and mystery. The fog is constantly moving through the atmosphere so as a landscape photographer, I have to decide when I feel is the best time to trip that shutter and capture the image. Printed on Torchon Fine Art paper. Available in 30” x 16” size.
