Shipping/Return Policy
Read below about how we handle your orders as well as our return policy.
S/H cost is included on all orders. All products are shipped either via USPS Mail and include tracking and insurance (currently we ship only to the USA). Shipping cost covers shipping materials, handling costs, and product fulfillment of the order. If you have any questions, use our contact form. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for fulfillment and shipment of your order. We take every effort to inspect each order before it leaves our studio except in cases where it leaves our studio except in cases where the order is drop shipped directly from our studio.
To protect your print from loss, theft or damage, insurance and tracking are included in the shipping/ handling cost. Although we take great care in ensuring that your product is right, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any issues incurred by the carrier once your order has left our hands. All orders placed can only be shipped to permanent street mailing addresses. No APO, Military or overseas addresses please.
Because of the nature of the products we sell (including photo calendars), ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. However, we offer refunds ONLY on products that have been damaged either due by us or by damage incurred in shipping by the carrier.
